Position Summary

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to support the US Immunology franchise Strategy & Operations Team. This individual will report directly to the US Immunology Strategy & Operations lead, and will have key responsibilities that will help:
  • Execute on launches as we enter new therapeutic areas in the US, specifically GI and Dermatology
  • Maximize opportunities to deliver for patients and build a formidable U.S. Immunology business together
  • Drive innovation to address unmet needs in the Immunology space in order to transform as many patients lives as possible

Business Partners

Cross-functional US Immunology team, Immunology LT, US Commercial S&O team, WW Immunology team, Medical team, Launch Project Managers, Agency partners

Position Responsibilities
  • Accountable for guiding strategy and execution to assist in:
    • Launch activities specific to the sales force customer model evolution, sales force analytics and planning as well as initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness;
    • Building a US Immunology culture and employee engagement plan;
    • Driving a culture of openness, diversity and inclusion.
  • Assist with strategic and functional planning cycle, identifying and driving common initiatives across functions to address emerging business trends
  • Responsible for leading integration activities across functions, identifying internal processes and owners as well as improvement opportunities (exà PACT to PReP harmonization)
  • Build a team calendar of events and assist with execution of both internal and external communication plans
  • Execute on diversity & inclusion tactics as well as employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and operationalize a new hire on-boarding process for new members of the US Immunology team (field and marketing)
  • Ensure that all practices are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics

Desired Experience
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Operations, Marketing or Sales roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex, fast paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to achieve results in multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and consistent follow-up to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, broad scope, complex learning initiatives using both internal and external resources.
  • Robust analytical skills with experience analyzing, correlating and interpreting data into actionable items;
  • Knowledge of business planning and budgeting processes;
  • Ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence;
  • Adept communicator with the ability to express articulately, credibly and effectively in writing and in person at multiple levels of the organization
