1. Lead and manage the on-boarding and implementation of specific digitzation projects across commercial and clinical supply chain. Ensures deliverables are met on time to meeting business requirements.

2. Guides digital investments to advance customer experiences and drive business impact

3. Proactively shares current trends and emerging digital capabilities, and enterprise best practices to educate stakeholders and improve customer engagement and optimize the supply chain network.

4. Building strong partnerships with key stakeholder teams and partners

5. Bringing together enabling functions, IT, BI&A and collaborate to asure business owners requirements are represented.

6. Lead an agile planning approach for successful delivery of the digital solution

7. Understand the details of the supply chain strategy in order to make recommendations for digital solutions and executions that complement the overall supply chain plan

8. Collaborate through AI Data & Technology Lab to leverage cutting-edge technology platforms and organizational capabilities, tailored to the unique needs of supply chain.

9. Serve as a SME for digital content, development, planning and execution. Provide content review through maintaining knowledge library.

Education:

  • BS or BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent

    Experience / Knowledge Desired:

  • Minimum 10 years supply chain experience with a minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical / biopharma and 3 years in digital capabilities.

  • Sound understanding of End to End supply chain with track record of project implementations in these areas

  • Solid understanding of key relationships, dependencies, and interfaces among business units, IT, and external partners.

  • Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of business needs, risks and regulatory implications. Experience in leading large complex projects across functional verticals and change management.

  • Experience and understanding in implementing enterprise information technology / ERP solutions in association with successful critical change management & communication elements; demonstrated passion for data quality / integrity.

  • Experience managing offshore team.

  • Ability to lead cross functional team developing new digital capabilities to meet business challenges and stakeholder needs

  • Experience with creating process flows and architectural diagrams/understanding of infrastructure setups/managing deployments ranging with varying complexities.

  • Ability to apply technical solutions to business processes.

  • Knowledge of cGXP and 21CFR Part11 standards.

  • Knowledgeable in SAP Supply Chain Management is a plus.

  • Certification in CPIM or CPSM or CSCP is a plus.

  • Project management Skills
