Summary As a member of the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Sciences and Technology team supporting cross-functional project goals and objectives for late stage products, the Project Manager will lead multiple teams to translate program requirements into effective and detailed project plans to meet business needs, assisting in the planning and execution of projects while working cross-functionally across technical operations and most closely with process and analytical development, quality, regulatory, manufacturing and supply chain counterparts. The successful candidate will support the Technical Product Team Leads (TPTL) in the development of a detailed project plan including resource planning, tracking project plan execution against established targets, identifying and facilitating resolution of issues, and communication of the project status. The Project Manager is a leader, coordinator, and facilitator, capable of assigning and leading projects, providing direction, managing a team, and helping to drive overall direction and strategy for late stage programs.
