As Global Trial Specialist Line Manager , you are leading and managing a team of Global Protocol Specialists, you are a member of Department Leadership Team, focused on development, accountability and Success of the team

• Manage a team of Global Protocol Specialists and assign work assignments
• Partner with direct reports to create and monitor career development plans
• Manage performance check.ins and year-end activities
• Collaborate with Line managers colleagues to develop and enhance department processes
• Share Best Practices relative to people management or processes
• Lead or contribute to development of new processes and continuous improvement efforts within the Clinical Operations organization

Your Profile:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Sciences
• 7-10 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, managing clinical trials
• Strong people management experience
• You are fluent in both English & French (preferred)
• You are able to build effective teams throughout different locations
• Strong communication & influencing skills
• You are used in working in Matrix and complex organization
